Do I get the vehicle if I have the highest bid?
Yes, you do get the vehicle if (1) you have the highest bid at the close of the auction and, (2) your bid is above the floor price. If you hold the highest bid at the close of the auction, you are entitled and obligated to purchase the vehicle. Additionally, in cases where the vehicle does not reach the auction floor price, and thus fails to be sold, it is still possible to purchase the vehicle, provided the seller is willing to negotiate. In these cases, immediately following the auction, Autorola contacts the seller and asks whether they are willing to sell to the highest bidder (below the floor price). As a result of this practice, it is vital to hold the highest bid, even if your bid is under the floor price!
